“Thank you very much for the superb job your company did in paving our driveway. Not only was the actual paving of superior quality, the grading of the driveway and edges is most impressive. We have had many neighbors stop and positively comment about the workmanship.”
– Tina & Carmen R.

“Thank you for your professionalism and outstanding workmanship. I just wanted to let you know that my experience with this project was above satisfactory, and I would not hesitate to recommend you to my colleagues at RCP Management Company.”
– Community Manager, Villages at Summerfield Condominium Association

“I just wanted to take a few moments to compliment you and your crew on the fantastic paving job at Pine Brook Village. Your men worked quickly and efficiently and acted in a professional manner at all times. I was particularly impressed with your foreman Gene. He was most accommodating and we could not have asked for better service. Thank you again for the great job, and feel free to use Pine Brook Villages as a reference for any potential jobs you may have in the future.”
– President, Pine Brook Village Board of Directors

Laura and I would like to thank you and your men who recently worked at our home. As with all the Rothberg projects, the work was beautiful which had a lot to do with your vigilance and attention to detail. The town of Middlesex would be a lot better off if your company got all the paving work!

Although it can in no way repay you, I have attached an official Summit Relay shirt for you. I enjoy speaking with you about track and field and I hope you like the shirt.

Again, thanks for your thoughtfulness, and may I say that the great men are those most useful to others. Thanks Lou—you are great!
– Rich T.

I would just like to document my immense satisfaction with your performance on this project. After building several roads in New Jersey and working with several road contractors, I must say it was a breath of fresh air to work with a firm as professional as yours. I wish you lots of luck in the future, and I hope we can do business again.

As we approach the completion of work at the Jacobs residence in Far Hills, I wanted to express my satisfaction. Your crew of machine operators and field representatives have shown true professionalism in the execution of this project. Acknowledgement to Mr. Joe De Canto in regards to his communication skills and supervision of this project is certainly in order.

I have relayed my satisfaction and observations to Mr. McDaid, the president of Twin Industries, and I feel confident we can call on your services as needed in the future without reservation. Best wishes for the holiday season.

On Thursday, December 31st, 1998, we received the Certificates of Occupancy for the Cadillac and the Pontiac Dealerships in Woodbridge. Although our goal always focused in meeting the requirements of this project, we are especially enjoying this accomplishment. The delays of over 2 months in starting created additional demands on an already ambitious schedule, and we realize that without the exceptional cooperation and performance of all our team members, this project would never have met the deadline. I want to convey to you and your firm my gratitude for the significant role Louis N. Rothberg and Son, Inc. played in delivering, under great constraints, this project on time. Your cooperation and expediency during preliminary design, scheduling, and construction helped us create and maintain an environment that we could construct with speed and accuracy.

Your contribution was the difference that made the difference. Thank you once again, and I look forward to a future where we can enjoy continued success.

The Board of Trustees of the Canal Pointe Condominium Association would like to thank you for your hard work during the paving project. The Board Management and the community as a whole were very pleased with the outcome of the project and were extremely impressed with the handling of the job.

Each year, the Board recognizes an individual who has dedicated themselves to serving the Community. This person is typically a volunteer with the Association. However, this year, the Board has chosen you as the recipient of the “Annual Community Service Award of the Canal Pointe Condominium Association.”

This honor is bestowed upon you for your unselfish dedication to the completion of the paving project on the property. Your name will be inscribed on a plaque which hangs in the Association office as the 25th recipient of this award.

Thank you, once again, for all your efforts on behalf of Canal Pointe. We wish you luck in all your future endeavors and hope to have you here serving our community again in the future.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your participation in Watchung School’s first Touch-A-Truck Family Event. Your willingness to volunteer your equipment and time is a true indication of community spirit. The children were thrilled and excited to “Touch-A-Truck!” We would also like to take this opportunity to thank you for your generous donation to this event.

On behalf of the Watchung School PTO, staff, and, most importantly, the students, a sincere thank you!
We look forward to hosting the Touch-A-Truck again next year, and we hope you will participate again.
