On Thursday, December 31st, 1998, we received the Certificates of Occupancy for the Cadillac and the Pontiac Dealerships in Woodbridge. Although our goal always focused in meeting the requirements of this project, we are especially enjoying this accomplishment. The delays of over 2 months in starting created additional demands on an already ambitious schedule, and we realize that without the exceptional cooperation and performance of all our team members, this project would never have met the deadline.
